We’re hiring a dedicated Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations at Chartwells on a part‑time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week. About the Role As a Supervisor, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work, support a positive team environment, and ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly. Supervise a team, creating a positive environment where the team feels welcomed and supported. Serve as a responsible key holder. Assist with weekly bookkeeping and any other duties that are necessary. Produce weekly rota schedules following the manager’s guidelines. Place orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels. Delegate where necessary and ensure the team is proactive at all times. Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards. Comply with Health & Safety regulations. Ideal Supervisor Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment. Good communication skills with a focus on excellent customer service. Team player with a can‑do attitude. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
