The Company With over 40 years of success, this multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is one of the UKs leading housing specialists.Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.Entirely focused on the residential sector, the business delivers projects that shape communities nationwide from large-scale new build developments to complex high-rise apartment schemes.The Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join the specialist Design Team.Youll play a key role in delivering projects across the UK, working on both new build and refurbishment schemes.Your responsibilities will include: Producing technical design drawings for RIBA Work Stages 26 Creating 3D Revit models from concept through to construction issue information Managing multiple projects simultaneously, producing and reviewing working drawings/specifications Preparing planning, building control, and construction issue drawings Attending client meetings and site visits, liaising with contractors and providing technical advice The Ideal Candidate Strong background in residential/housing projects Experience with Design & Build contracts Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit desirable but not essential) Proven experience in a design office with excellent technical ability Knowledge of building and planning regulations/procedures Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach Leadership qualities to support and mentor junior team members Whats on Offer This permanent role comes with a competitive salary up to £55,000 car allowance, alongside an impressive benefits package: Up to 30 days annual leave bank holidays Hybrid working environment 9-day fortnight rota option for enhanced work/life balance Bonus schemes 35% contributory pension & 4x salary life assurance Regular performance and salary reviews Payment of professional institute training/exam fees & subscriptions Fully funded training programme with regular in-house CPD events Fun social & team-building events Luxury semi-rural office near Huddersfield with excellent motorway links Why Join?
