The opportunity Set and drive a strategic growth plan based on a clear, objective review of the business. Grow turnover and profit through customer development and new business generation. Build, energise and coach a high‑performing sales team (UK and export). Lead from the front embedding a culture of ambition, accountability and continuous improvement. Own budgeting, forecasting and business planning, ensuring targets are met and opportunities maximised. Strengthen major customer relationships and expand the brand’s market reach. Develop marketing and PR direction to enhance brand presence in the UK and globally. Ensure operational excellence, compliance and quality standards across the business. The right candidate This role is for a proven commercial leader who knows the interior textiles world inside out. You Must Have Significant senior leadership experience in furnishing fabrics / interior textiles. A track record of building sales and profit at GM/Director level. Strong customer and relationship management instincts. The confidence to lead strategically and roll up your sleeves operationally. Ready to make your mark?
