Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Annapurna Responsibilities Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Talent Management and Learning modules Conduct functional design and configuration based on client requirements Work across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including CRPs, testing and transition to support Manage integrations, data migrations and reporting requirements Design and build security roles including job roles, data roles and security profiles Ensure alignment with Agile or Waterfall methodologies, depending on the project delivery approach Deliver stakeholder updates and status reporting, including maintaining RAID logs Promote the use of Redwood UX and tools for better user experience and engagement Analyse and mitigate technical, functional and security risks Qualifications Extensive experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud Talent and Learning modules for public sector clients in the UK Strong knowledge of journey configuration, approvals, extensions and reporting Comfortable leading discussions with technical and non‑technical audiences Proven experience delivering solutions in an Agile environment Adoptable SDLC from design through go‑live, confident with functional design, documentation and delivery tracking Experience working in global delivery environments and understanding of Redwood functionality (desirable) Desired Skills and Experience Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Talent and Learn modules SDLC, Agile delivery UK public sector Stakeholder management Redwood UX Security roles and technical integrations The organisation offers a competitive salary and bonus structure, along with opportunities to work with a variety of public sector transformation projects.
