Proven experience in a management or supervisory role, ideally within a Food & Beverage environment. A talent for identifying and nurturing future leaders within the team, with a focus on driving individual and team development. Excellent numerical and literacy skills, with the ability to interpret and analyse financial data and reports. Strong organisation and planning skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
