Join to apply for the Product Designer role at Flutter UK & Ireland We’re looking for a Product Designer to help shape the future of our UKI Customer products. You’ll work across UKI brands and platforms creating seamless, trusted experiences that help customers join, transact, and stay safe across our brands. From concept to execution, you’ll collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver designs that are both engaging and effective. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full design spectrum—from defining user journeys and creating wireframes, to crafting polished UI and contributing to scalable design systems. You’ll also be encouraged to experiment with new tools, AI, and emerging technologies, to elevate both the customer experience and our internal workflows. A portfolio showcasing strong design craft and end‑to‑end problem solving is required. Responsibilities Design end‑to‑end product experiences—from early concepts to final UI delivery. Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, and polished visuals that bring clarity and delight. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Tech, Brand) to balance user needs with business goals. Work with design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products. Conduct user testing and feedback cycles, iterating on designs to improve usability and engagement. Explore and experiment with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance design quality and team efficiency. Advocate for design thinking within projects and across teams. Essential Qualifications Experience as a Product Designer or in a similar design role. Strong skills in UX, UI, and interaction design across platforms. Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, effective solutions. Proficiency in Figma and collaborative design tools. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Desirable Qualifications Familiarity with AI‑powered design tools. Understanding of animations or micro‑interactions. Experience working with design systems.
