Our RTUs and SCADA have underpinned critical infrastructure for over 40 years and our leak detection portfolio is helping to drive towards a global sustainable future.We are now looking to grow our team by hiring a Logistics Coordinator in Eckington to ensure the efficient, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods across domestic and international supply chains.You will add impact at Ovarro by:Serving as the primary liaison for all internal and external inquiries related to UK and international despatches, ensuring tracking and communication align with supplier and customer expectations.Ensuring products are packed correctly ready for shipping and supporting this process.Preparing and managing all documentation required for outbound shipments, maintaining accuracy and compliance with trade regulations.Collaborating closely with customers to provide timely updates on delivery status, freight tracking, and shipment progress.Coordinating with customs authorities and relevant agencies to facilitate the importation of goods, ensuring proper documentation and clearance procedures are followed.Candidates should have:Experience of working in a manufacturing and international/national export environment within an administrative role.Solid experience of using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.Experience of liaising with Chambers of Commerce coordinating documentation required to meet custom requirements (EUR1, IPR).Experience of using ERP software packages such as 123 insight or Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.Ovarro recognizes the need for a diverse workforce and we are committed to equal opportunities in employment.
