Coordinate cross‑functional squads and capacity planning to protect scope, quality, and velocity. Own vendor/outsourcing relationships: contracts, SLA performance, compliance with data governance. Manage budgets & risks: estimates, tracking, variance analysis; risk identification, mitigation, contingencies. Deliver with Agile when relevant (sprint planning, dailies, reviews, retros) and handle change control. Onboard new MGAs/TPAs and continuously improve data quality & lead‑time toward straight‑through processing. What You Bring 5½ years in business analysis & project management delivering data‑centric solutions in insurance. Certifications welcome: BCS/IIBA (BA), CSM/PSM (Agile); strong Kanban/PM tooling proficiency. Depth in requirements, process mapping, stakeholder management, and converting needs into deliverables. Resource/capacity planning; vendor management (procurement, contracts, SLAs). Risk, quality, and change management across complex programs. Data governance & compliance (GDPR, insurance standards) and solid data tech literacy (DBs, ETL, BI, analytics). Insurance data model expertise (underwriting, claims, policy admin; delegated authority/bordereaux). Snowflake nice‑to‑have; familiarity with Polaris or COTS bordereaux tools a plus. Who You Are A strategic project thinker with a methodical, documentation‑first approach. Proactive problem‑solver who anticipates risks and drives mitigations. Strong facilitator & influencer, comfortable guiding decisions and building consensus. Data‑driven, KPI‑oriented, and adaptable across waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery.
