We are looking for bank Band 5 applications from new graduates or Occupational Therapists to join our friendly, innovative and dynamic Therapy Bank Team. We offer flexible working hours on our bank across urgent care and inpatient wards to suit your current lifestyle, as we know work/life balance is important. We are particularly looking for Occupational Therapists to support our weekend service across urgent care and medical wards. The Therapy team holds a high profile within the wider trust and is at the forefront of many service development strategies, continually developing and introducing new, pioneering prospects for the service. Responsibilities Perform Occupational Therapy assessment of patients with diverse presentations. Provide a clinical diagnosis and develop and deliver an individualised treatment programme. Plan and prioritise own patient caseload, working with the support of a senior member of staff. Supervision takes the form of regular formal training and clinical reasoning sessions and peer review. Undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner.
