The main focus of the role will be:

Running and overseeing projects as a Director

Day to day management, mentorship and guidance

Conducting Associate personal development reviews, including performance management when needed

Ensuring Associates have the resources they need

Work winning and raising the company`s profile

Joining their Centrally Leeds based office you will be well known in the region, also be well-connected and have the ability to tap into previous contacts possessing good relationships with former colleagues who might be open to change.
