Our early careers programme gives you the chance to connect with others across the region / business who are also starting their career, as well as mentoring, Chartership support & bonuses and more.Job DescriptionTetra Tech has an opportunity for a Graduate to join the Cost Consultancy team to assist in all cost and procurement management processes, with a view to successfully completing the Tetra Tech’s internal APC preparation programme; and self-development training in readiness for attaining Chartered status with The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToCost planning and initial estimatingPreparing tender and contract documentsFund monitoring and due diligenceAssisting in the management and delivery of construction projectsContract Administration as Employer’s AgentWorking closely with Clients, Architects, Structural Engineers and Project ManagersAssisting with a range of pre and post contract surveying dutiesQualifications/Skills/RequirementsMinimum 2.1 degree in Quantity Surveying, BSc or BEngMS Office skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-MotivatedFull, clean UK driving license and ideally access to a vehicleSuitability for Security ClearanceWe take pride in delivering projects effectively for clients.
