This role focuses on developing and leveraging Copilot and Power Platform skills to deliver innovative solutions and enhance business productivity within the Microsoft Solution's Team. We seek a senior Microsoft and Intel End User Computing Architect to run technical engagements, support team development, and continuously advance personal and team skills.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Opportunities: Work with customers, partners, and salespeople to technically qualify opportunities and deliver value with Microsoft and Intel end‑user computing requirements.Documentation: Produce high‑quality documentation outlining customer requirements and solutions, including IT management requirements and services work for CDW Service teams.Handover: Support smooth handover of projects into the delivery teams and act as an escalation point during project life and transition into service.CDW and Modern Workspace Evangelist: Drive and evangelise CDW capabilities, differentiating through productised services, consulting capability, and Microsoft expertise.Device Refresh & Windows 11 Migration: Identify and define customer device refresh requirements, technical Win 11 transition plans, and execution steps for CDW Service Delivery teams.Workshops & Enablement: Enable CDW Sellers and Customers to understand AI PC, Intel vPro, and Active Management technology through workshops and sales‑enablement activities.Internal Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships across Sales, Professional Services, Managed Services, and the wider CDW community.Partner Engagement: Cultivate strong Microsoft and ecosystem relationships, staying updated on offerings and roadmaps to advise customers.Commercial Acumen: Understand the commercial impact of proposed solutions and assist customers and CDW’s sales teams in selecting suitable solutions.Sales Enablement: Provide technical guidance on a range of products to CDW Salespeople and evangelise the team’s capabilities.Customer Retention: Act as a trusted adviser to key customers, building knowledge of their environments.Accreditation: Attain and maintain the highest level of relevant accreditations where required.Qualifications and ExpectationsDemonstrated credible experience in Microsoft 365, Modern Work, and the Microsoft ecosystem with proven ownership of complex opportunities.Advanced 365 capability and a strong focus on user experience/adoption enhancement.Ability to lead customers through transformational journeys that deliver tangible benefit quickly.Experience selling professional and managed services.Passion for learning and delivering presales expertise across technologies.Highly ambitious, credible, motivated, and accountable with strong relationship‑building skills.Detail‑oriented with strong time‑management and dynamic prioritisation skills.Outstanding communication skills for clear and concise verbal, written, and presentation delivery.High levels of industry knowledge and a thirst for market‑relevant information.Prepared for occasional travel across CDW UK & international offices while maintaining work‑life balance.Commitment to personal development, training, certifications, and soft‑skill growth.Additional DetailsSeniority level: Mid‑Senior levelEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Engineering and Information TechnologyIndustries: IT Services and IT ConsultingCDW is an equal opportunity employer.
