**Hours**:7:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday & 8:30am to 12:00pm one Saturday per month

**What you’ll be doing**

As a Graduate trainee, this is the perfect opportunity to launch your career in customer service and sales in the Electrical Wholesale sector and to broaden your skills.

**Role**
- Serving customers on the telephone
- Making proactive sales calls
- Processing purchase invoices, debit notes and purchase orders
- Processing customer invoices and credit notes
- General office administration tasks
- Serving customers on the trade counter
- Stock and merchandise the trade counter with profitable 'add on’ products
- Organise promotions and other customer incentives/events
- Covering in the warehouse and making customer deliveries when needed.

Person & skills required
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Natural curiosity and willingness to learn
- A 'can do’ attitude
- Working alone unsupervised as well as in a team
- Excellent time keeping
- A good problem solver
- Being proactive
- Ability to take and follow instructions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Driving licence is essential
