Dove & Hawk are working alongside a multi-disciplined Property firm based in Loughton, who are looking for an experienced **Senior Block Manager**, to manage a varied portfolio of Residential Blocks.

**Duties/Functions of the role**:

- Responsible for dealing with day-to-day lease and freehold enquiries
- Instructing / liaising with our approved contractors in dealing with minor repairs matters
- Approving contractor invoices
- Setting service charge budgets
- Dealing with whole Section 20 process in relation to major works/projects
- Attending client meetings / AGMs

**Requirements of the Role**:

- A minimum of 4 years' experience in all aspects of Residential Block Management.
- MIRPM Qualification
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Strong numeracy skills coupled with business acumen as you will be managing budgets, reviewing quotes, organising Year End accounts etc.
- Strong grasp of IT.

**Salary Budgets**: £38,000-£45,000pa + Benefits
**Required working hours**: 09:00 - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
