- Schedule and confirm appointments using our practice management software.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
- Manage patients records and ensure and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process payments and cash up at the end of the day
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the practice.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and nursing experience is preferable but not essential.
