Children's Services at the local authority rated "GOOD" all-around by OFSTED and Supervising Social Workers are highly praised by the Foster Carers they work with for the support provided which will give you a great sense of job satisfaction.

Caseloads are very manageable as managers are highly focused on ensuring that staff is not overworked, and that best practice can be facilitated. They also provide regular supervisions as well as peer and reflective practice to ensure your career developmentis on track

The contract will be ongoing which will provide stability and you will be able to work from home 3 days of the week giving you the opportunity for an excellent work-life balance
- Social Work England registered
- Enhanced DBS Checked
- In possession of a Full UK drivers licence
- Available to start ASAP
