Reporting to the Lead Designer, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the design department, assisting the designers by keeping everything organised and moving forward

**_What you’ll be doing_**
- Organising post into lab dip/strike off/bulk approval piles
- Print all Pantone pages and hang into seasons and categories
- Coordinate new lab dips or strike offs with pantones to show the Design Team
- Update Critical Path with scale, lab dip and strike off approval dates
- Keep track of pending and incoming items and associated arrival dates/info
- Hang samples ready for range build/sign off/design vision
- Keep Google Drive folders organised
- Pull Pantone boards for design meetings
- Pull selected design CADs into weekly and product boards
- Insert CADs into Critical Path
- File away lab dips and strike offs
- Assist design team in preparing for all meetings
- Keep development samples organised and boxed away when no longer needed
- Help organise and prepare for sample sales
- Any other general admin for the Design/Product team and/or project work

**_What you’ll need_**
- A keen interest for design and fashion
- Strong organisational skills
- Drive and enthusiasm
- Able to work on own initiative
- Confident in proposing solutions or improvements to ways of working
- Experience of using Google Applications and Adobe Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator)

**_ What you should know_**
- Based in our central Brighton office
- Permanent full-time role
- 4 day/30 hour week with full time salary
- Salary 22k
