Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Joiner to join our team.You will be solely working upon void properties, based within the Salford area of Greater Manchester.The position is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per weekand in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,500 basic plus OTE over £40k, along with Company Van Plus Benefits.

**Responsibilities for this Multi Skilled Joiner role are**:
Remove or relay or lay new, flag work
Undertake small scale groundwork
Repair /renew/ fit roofing trusses for traditional, hips and valleys and repair/ renew/fit soffit fascia and barge boards
Repair/ renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G
or sheet flooring
Repair/ renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards and ducting panelling
Repair/ renew kitchen units, work tops and decorative finishes
Repair/ replace/ fit ironmongery to doors and windows
Repair/ renew timber and UPVC window frames
Reglaze timber fencing and gates
Multi trade skilled Joiner and capable of complete works in other construction trades including patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling and minor ground work activities

**What we are looking for in our ideal Multi Skilled Joiner**:
Experience of working as a Multi Skilled Joiner.Competent in all aspects of the Joiner trade discipline.Plastering trade discipline (desirable).Ability to carry out multi skill trades, and core Joinery or Groundwork and experience working within asocial housing environment (Desirable).A current driving licence is essential.Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness and their own tools.
