**Client**: My client owns vast acres of beautiful Scottish Land with some fabulous lodges which are hired by groups of families.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**: Greet and serve guests with professionalism and a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive experience.
- **Cleaning and Housekeeping**: Maintain cleanliness in various areas of the establishment, including guest rooms, dining areas, and common spaces.
- **Support to Chef**: Assist the chef with basic food preparation tasks, ensuring a smooth kitchen operation.
- **Laundry and Maintenance**: Perform laundry duties and assist with general maintenance tasks as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to ensure efficient operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
