Manufacturing Solicitor

Our client is a multi-national chemicals manufacturer with a global network of manufacturing sites. They are interested in hiring a Legal Counsel to support their interests in the UK, France, Poland, Turkey and India. The work is predominantly generalcommercial work supporting their manufacturing centres. The successful applicants will work closely with the Director who manages these interests and so applicants need to be highly commercial, with the gravitas to advise at board level. Applicants also needto have a sound understanding of compliance matters as they will be managing a senior compliance executive and supporting him in his work. Applicants should be UK qualified and have at least 6 years' PQE. They need to have proven commercial experience gainedin similar in-house sectors. The role is based in Hampshire, although there is an opportunity to work flexibly /from home in a hybrid model once the management team is comfortable with you. There is some travel involved. Applicants with fluency in French orPolish would be preferred, although not essential. Remuneration: £80K - £90K.
