We currently have an opportunity for a **Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader** to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join to our company, which can offer opportunities for career progression.

**Role Responsibility**

As a Cleaning Supervisor you will be responsible for:

- The supervision of all cleaning staff focussing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behaviour whilst on duty.
- Ensuring that a cleaning service of the highest quality standard is delivered to all our customers.
- Reviewing work schedules
- Ordering of cleaning materials
- Monitoring of all cleaning activities
- Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Communicating goals and deadlines to team members
- Planning workloads and delegating tasks
- Creating a productive work environment for the team using gamification, trust and other appropriate strategies
- Assessing team performance and providing feedback to employees
- Assisting with hiring and training employees
- Assisting with the daily operation of the organisation
- Performing customer service functions, including interacting with customers and answering questions
- Providing teams with information about recent developments, programmes and policy changes of management
- Previous experience in a cleaning environment
- Previous experience of managing a team
- The ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures
- Health and Safety experience
- Good interpersonal skills

**Employment conditions**:
Experience in a similar position at least 1 year,

Driver with driving licence

To have own car

Hold a current DBS or be willing to undertake one
