**Senior Associate / Senior Consultant/ Immigration Supervisor**

We have a new, unique and exciting opportunity to join our UK Inbound team, to work closely with one of our global Financial Services clients. This is a permanent role in our London office.

**THE TEAM**

Sitting within Fragomen’s UK Inbound practice, the team primarily supports Financial Services clients with their EMEA immigration work, which is unique within the practice. The work is unusually varied for corporate immigration and we are often at the forefront of advisory and project work that is then replicated by other teams across the practice. As part of the team, you will work with experienced immigration professionals across the region, while gaining exposure to senior partners in the UK and beyond.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Reporting to the Senior Manager and supported by two Paralegals, you will take the lead on a wide variety of regional client projects across EMEA for a leading financial services multi-national company, and be responsible for the delivery of high-quality transactional and advisory work across multiple jurisdictions.

Other key responsibilities will include:

- Work on regional client projects across EMEA
- Act as a liaison to coordinate and field EMEA immigration queries between the client and country case teams
- Build and consolidate the client’s regional knowledge library
- Assist with data, analytics and reporting including developing and maintaining project plans
- Assist with the client’s Business Travel Risk Helpdesk and Mobility Helpdesk
- Prepare and deliver client presentations and best practice sessions
- Have an integrated, partial on-site support function with the client
- Provide legal advice and strategic advice relating to service delivery and immigration compliance
- Responsible for achieving billing targets
- Work with the client’ Client Service Team in Fragomen’s India office
- Provide support for Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews
- Responsible for driving consistency in service delivery across the region through supporting global leads, whilst ensuring that local adaptability is achieved where necessary

**ABOUT YOU**

As this is a brand-new role, we are looking for a hard-working and driven individual, at Senior Associate, or Immigration Supervisor level, though individuals with at least four years’ immigration experience at the Senior Consultant level would also be considered.

You will ideally have existing project management experience, preferably on projects that span multiple jurisdictions. You will be diligent, an effective communicator, highly organised and possess the ability to plan and prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.

Also required:

- Able to proactively learn procedural and processing requirements for various visa types across different jurisdictions
- Excellent communication, listening and time management skills
- Able to develop strong working relationships with stakeholders and gain confidence through displaying professionalism and efficiency through their work
- Able to generate clear, well-organised and accurate written work-product for an internal and external audience
- Promotes an efficient and effective team culture
