Cynergy Business Finance is our asset-based lending (ABL) arm of Cynergy Bank Limited.

Funding against business assets such as receivables, plant & machinery, inventory and property can provide a flexible, fast and efficient way to pursue new business opportunities for a number of different objectives including; growth, acquisition, turnaround and expansion. We offer funding, between £500,000 and £25,000,000 per eligible business, to SME businesses that want to scale up and grow. We also offer cash flow loans and export-based receivables financing.

The team have extensive collective experience in commercial and corporate lending.

**Leading the way with Asset Based Lending**
- Size - Working capital and term financing for trading businesses requiring finance from £500,000 up to £25,000,000.
- Assets - Financing business assets including revolving assets (receivables and inventory) and fixed assets (Equipment, Plant and Machinery and industrial and commercial property).

**The role**

The Relationship Executive role is a key position in the Operations Team. Completing a variety of customer and risk focused tasks, responsibilities include the primary day to day contact for CBF clients providing excellent customer service allied with risk management skills. The role requires strong relationship building skills, ability to help train and develop more junior members of the team and would suit an individual looking to further develop their career in the Asset Based Lending Industry as the team and lending book grows.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of clients understanding their businesses and their relationships with their debtors.
- Manage effectively and in accordance with policy and practice; the administration of ledgers, payment requests, monthly reconciliations and monthly management information.
- Responsibility for overseeing the Daily Balancing of the operating system.
- Input and process of client payments through Operating and Banking systems.
- Assist with the successful onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain thorough records and provide necessary feedback and reporting to the Head of Portfolio Management and Relationship Managers.
- Maintain delivery of a high-quality service to clients.
- All activity is undertaken within the scope of overseeing the maintenance of the collateral being funded by CBF.
- Understand CBF’s and the wider Bank’s products and services, and proactively identify and action sales opportunities in order to best meet customer needs.
- Adherence with the Bank’s AML policies and procedures, with vigilance at all times of the conduct of customers and debtors.

**Essential Knowledge & Experience**
- Experience of working in an Operations role within the Asset Based Lending industry.
- Strong risk management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel

**Desirable knowledge & Experience**
- ABFA / UK Finance qualified to Certificate Level
