To assist the Head of Quality Assurance in ensuring the Pharmaceutical Quality System is operated and maintained in accordance with current Pharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practice regulations/requirements

To collate information and evidence in response to external audits of the service and present these to the Head of QA and at departmental meetings

To assist the Head of QA in producing action plans is response to external and internal audits of the service

To plan workload to ensure audit action activities are completed within agreed timescales and executed in line with agreed outlines

To analyse and produce reports on quality management system performance.

To undertake internal audits and to produce action reports summarising data and findings in a clear and concise manner for review by the Head of QA
