You will be working for Selkirk Mechanical Handling as an Admin and Finance Apprentice. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and supporting the rest of the team to ensure that the operations runs effectively and smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Use of Microsoft Word and Excel on a daily basis
Keeping digital files in order and ensuring everything remains organised
Inputting information onto our systems
Reporting and analysis
Invoicing and processing purchase orders
Recording delivery notes
Answering the telephone and offering excellent customer service to our clients
Use of internal systems
General admin support to staff
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Confident telephone manner
Computer skills
Good communication skills
Organisational skills
