Duration: Full time/Permanent

**Salary**: £26,500 to £33,500
Hours: Monday - Saturday - 9am - 5pm (1 day off in the week and 1 Saturday a month off) OR
minimum of 4 days also considered

**Duties**:

- Mentoring and supporting the team with sales and bookings
- Running the store on a daily basis, dealing with any matters
- Actively attracting local business with promotions, offers and ways to increase sales
- Working with the head office marketing team to help promote the business
- Greeting customers in store and supporting with their needs
- Booking travel on behalf of the customers
- Liaising with suppliers on a daily basis
- Ensuring retail store is fully stocked with stationary, brochures and other equipment needed
- Conducting individual and team meetings
- Carrying out performance reviews with the team and giving training support where required
- Leading an exceptional example of customer service
- Working with the team to achieve team targets
Skills and Experience:

- MUST have previous travel agency experience and travel experiences
- MUST have experience of being in a senior role
- Ability to motivate a team
- Promote a positive and enthusiastic working attitude
- Strong geographical skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to achieve targets
- Commercially and business awareness
