A keen and enthusiastic Secretary is required to support a team of Sales Directors within a rapidly expanding local Company, if you enjoy variety then this will definitely be the role for you.

**Some of your duties will include**:

- Providing extensive secretarial and administrative support for team of Directors
- Preparing and producing documentation including correspondence, reports and meeting agendas
- Managing diary schedules, confirming appointments, organising meetings and preparing required paperwork
- Assisting with special projects by completing online and telephone research on behalf of the team
- Processing team expenses, checking receipts and co-ordinating monthly payments
