**Volunteering Partnerships Manager** with relevant and demonstrable experience of leading teams of volunteers and implementing volunteering good practice within a geographically diverse organisation is required by a well-established Charity.
**SALARY**:£47,818 - £54,194 per annum

**LOCATION**: Hybrid role - a mixture of home and office working (average of two days per week at one of the organisation’s sites)

**WORKING HOURS**: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
**JOB OVERVIEW**
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Volunteering Partnerships Manager with relevant and demonstrable experience of leading teams of volunteers and implementing volunteering good practice within a geographically diverse organisation.
As the Volunteering Partnerships Manager you will work in partnership with internal stakeholders to promote volunteering opportunities.
The role of the Volunteering Partnerships Manager is pivotal in supporting the Charity to recruit, retain and celebrate volunteers.
**DUTIES**
Your duties and responsibilities as the Volunteering Partnerships Manager will include:
- Inform and deliver on volunteering strategy and organisational plans
- Create successful partnerships with internal stakeholders (especially Operations and Fundraising) to embed volunteering organisational standards and good practice, promote volunteering and continue to grow a positive volunteering culture
- Lead, manage and cement collaborative ways of working for a geographically spread team of Regional Volunteering Partners and Volunteering Coordinators
- Address volunteer compliance (onboarding and retention) by highlighting areas of improvement and codeveloping solutions at a national, regional, and local level
- Lead on volunteering engagement models ensuring that the current voice of the Charity’s volunteers is recognised, responded to and informs decision-making
- Drive forward organisational volunteer experience with the aim to address areas of concern, retain existing volunteers and enhance volunteer experience
- Lead the Charity’s celebration of volunteers by coordinating a programme of national, regional, and local events/activities
- Where strategic change is required, work in partnership to pilot, evaluate and/or embed new ways of working
- Oversee and coordinate a response to volunteer behaviour, attitude, and ability (complaints and concerns)
- Ensure that regional and local volunteering data is accurate and informs improvements by working with stakeholders to create a data driven culture

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience of implementing volunteering good practice within a geographically diverse organisation
- Relevant and demonstratable experience of leading teams of volunteering professionals to raise standards and demonstrate the impact of volunteering
- Proven ability to structure, plan and prioritise to be able to deliver against targets and deadlines
- Experience of delivering change projects based on the Investing in Volunteers standard
- Evidence of dealing with confidential issues sensitively and with total integrity
- Proven experience of leading, managing, and coaching staff and volunteers effectively
- Experience of budgeting and financial reforecasting as well as maximising efficiencies
- Proven experience of working in the voluntary/charitable sector
- Experience of creating an inclusive work and volunteering environment
- Eligibility to work in the UK
