Due to significant and sustained levels of growth we are now able to offer a fantastic opportunity to a highly capable individual to join us as a specialist driving recruitment consultant based in our Portsmouth office
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting into the highly experienced and successful business manager your pivotal role will focus on the full spectrum of driving recruitment, with an extensive geographic remit which includes Hapshire, Wesdt Sussex and Dorset.
ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for individuals with proven successes in sales environments (not necessarily recruitment) requiring a proactive customer/client approach where the sale is made as a direct result of your actions.
In addition to your learned skills and experience we are as equally interested in your personal skill set and so if you are ambitious, creative, motivated, resilient and personable then we are keen to hear from you
ABOUT THE OFFER:
As well as above industry average basic salaries with additional salary incentive triggers offered on top you will be eligible for our highly attractive bonus scheme where commission starts at the first £1 earned
