**About the role**:
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will support the Operations Manager, responsible for Health & Safety compliance, facilities management, office operations, and general administration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting site inductions and ensuring health and safety processes/policies/procedures are always observed
- Supporting office reconfigurations and moves, which can include installing, dismantling and relocating furniture, moving crates etc
- Interaction with building management teams and contractors.
- Dealing with postal and courier services (incoming & outgoing) and associated equipment
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices in a timely fashion in line with the organisation’s responsible business charter
- Operate a range of software, including Outlook, Sharepoint, Excel spreadsheets and other databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office and maintaining accurate records
- Other relevant job duties assigned by line manager

**Your profile**:

- Previous experience of working within facilities management would be an advantage
- Understanding of managing health and safety within the workspace
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and other commonly used office packages
- IOSH (or equivalent) Health & Safety training certification (essential, or currently working towards)
- First Aid at Work (essential, or currently working towards)
- Ability to work under pressure to resolve issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of priorisiting tasks
- Flexible, self-motivated and results orientated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12-24 months

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
