- Alecto Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of an excellent _ _Multi-Disciplined Utilities Consultancy._

Your role is to provide administration support in accordance with business operations and NRWSA, to provide support to several electrical contracts, meeting service performance standards and deadlines. **You'll**:

- Prepare planning forecasts (programmes) for operations
- Inputting and updating the planning system
- Submit requests for streetworks notices and permits ensuring compliance to the NRSWA & TMA
- Road closures, etc. as per TM requirements
- Create work packs and utility plans in line with Health and Safety requirements
- Create job records to manage workflow process
- Take receipt of completed work packs from operations
- Reconcile work activities on system
- Liaise with Engineers and act as a port of call for any issues
- Schedule Engineers working days
- To carry out any other duties appropriate for a job of this nature

**We're looking for**:

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Word and Excel
- Excellent Organisational Skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Good Data inputting and general Knowledge of database systems
- Good communication skills
- Utilities or Civil experience

The utilities team covers the installation and repair, for Multi utility networks across the UK.
