Receptionist / Administrator - 9 month contract
A customer centric professional services company based next to Wembley Park station is looking for a first class Receptionist/ Administrator to act as the company ambassador. This is a 9 month contract with the potential to progress into an Office Managerrole if that’s of interest in the longer term.
They are looking for a cheerful and client facing receptionist who will be the face of their business and really engage with visitors on a daily basis. They want someone with lots of confidence and initiative who wants to learn about the business and bethe first point of contact, liaise with clients, arrange internal meeting rooms and provide refreshments. Looking for someone passionate, energetic and professional who will really make this reception role their own.
Hours are 9 - 5.30pm
Key Accountabilities:
- Providing a professional reception service to staff members and visitors.
- Responsibility for scheduling meeting rooms and organising the supply of refreshments where external guests are in attendance.
- Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls courteously and promptly
- Work with the PAs to ensure administrative tasks are handled efficiently
- Organising all incoming mail
- Ad hoc administrative to include stationery, refreshments and weekly team breakfast orders.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Previous receptionist / administrator experience in an office environment
- IT literate with intermediate to advanced level Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Cheerful, welcoming personality
