**The duties of the Head of Finance role include**:

- Taking ownership over External Audit and Stakeholder management
- Responsible for producing Statutory Accounts, Investor reporting and compliance certificates
- Manage robust financial controls
- Establishing accounting policies and ensuring they remain compliant
- Pro-active technical accounting guidance and advise
- Lead any M&As, Re-structuring and financial incentives

**The successful Head of Finance will**:

- Be fully qualified (ACA,ACCA,CIMA)
- Track record of leading technical accounting and financial control functions
- Knowledge and Experience of M&As
- Experience of Corporate Tax and Group company structures
- Knowledge around financial reporting for listed/public interest entities
- Working knowledge of Technical Accounting Principles
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Extensive experience working with board and committee members and managing external stakeholder relationships

**Head of Finance - Hampshire (Hybrid) - Permanent - Up to £100k
