They are focused on ensuring every Social Worker feels valued, supported and making it a worthwhile and rewarding career in which everyone canprogress.Duties of the Role: Handling a caseload of 18-22 Identify and assess each individual child's level of need and address this appropriately Form positive relationships with children and families involved To work collaboratively with colleagues Completingassessments within timescaleRequirements: Qualified Social Worker SWE Registered Double Vaccinated Experience within an CWD team All applicants for this role will require an enhanced DBS check.Social work can be challenging at times and here at Aurora Resourcingwe are always here to support and guide you through each contract.
