Macildowie are excited to be working for a global construction company who are looking for a Reward Analyst on a permanent basis who will work on a hybrid basis out of Northamptonshire.

The organisation is looking for an established and experienced Reward Analyst to support the reward function with everything from salary benchmarking and intel gathering to intel gathering for compensation data analysis. They need someone who can do rewardfocused reporting, data manipulation and analytics across the whole business.

This role is paying c£45,000p.a. + benefits.
