Are you a Quality Manager looking for a role where you will have control over a Quality Management System (QMS), championing ISO standards in a well-established company where you can climb to directorship level?
On offer is the opportunity to become part of the senior leadership team within a Casting company supplying the Aerospace and Defence industries. With over 70 years in the business the company is an award-winning market leader, known for looking after theirpeople and promoting from within.
You will be responsible for the whole QMS. Overseeing a team of Quality Inspectors. You will implement ISO9001 and AS9001, conducting audits and ensuring all regulations are followed to a national and international level.
The role
- Overseeing a rigorous QMS
- Establishing KPI's
- Managing a team of direct reports
- Implementing ISO standards and regulations
The person
- Experience managing a technically demanding Quality Department
- Auditor experience
- A track record of striving for continuous improvement
- Understanding of industry regulations including EH&S
