The client are looking for 4 x general operatives to construct metal SFS panels. This job is physically demanding, and requires a good level of physical fitness and ability. Plenty overtime is available, every day, and at enhanced rates. The client is lookingfor commitment and a great attitude in return for the incentives on offer. If you are looking to get into the construction / industrial sector this could be for you Details are below;
1. Construction of SFS Panels in warehouse (training provided)
2. Experience using power tools desirable eg. Circular saw, impact driver
3. No requirement for CSCS
4. No phones allowed on site and need to stay in office
5. 3 strikes & out rule on attendance & lateness
6. Standard hours 8am-4pm Mon - Fri (with option of daily overtime at 1.25)
8. If overtime completed sat, overtime available at 1.5
9. Must arrive 15 minutes early
10. Timesheets worked out on check in / check out system by Lee, Factory Manager
11. 6 weeks work = 50p per hour uplift on base wage
12. 12 weeks work = taken on books (possibility)
