**What you'll be doing**
- Build close working and co-ordination with internal key stakeholders and ensure the companies points of view are presented in a well-evidenced and compelling manner.
- Implementing methods for information sharing, so as to encourage the pooling of stakeholder intelligence within the business and to ensure alignment in our messaging.
- Horizon scan and work with Government, Regulators, and customers to understand their priorities for systems enhancements and delivery of new policy interventions and provide briefing for the Board and ExCo on potential implications.
- Identify, escalate and report on, material issues arising in work with Regulators, including within the Strategy and Regulation function and to relevant senior management.

**What we're looking for**
- Educated to degree level in a relevant area and/or equivalent experience
- Experience in developing and managing stakeholder relationships
- Possess high quality facilitation and organisational skills, with experience of engaging (and where necessary challenging) a wide range of internal and external representatives up to and including senior executives
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management allowing them to tailor analysis and communications to explain complex issues concisely and clearly

**Desirable**
- Experienced at working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and in collaborating with multi-functional teams.
