Salary for this position is between £19,500 and £23,000, depending on experience, plus an individual and team commission scheme payable monthly. This position will predominantly be based remotely with occasional travel to our Altrincham head office for initial training and team meetings etc.

**Summary of the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Understand and ensure that working practices are compliant with all legislation and company and client specific policies and procedures
- Provide management information as and when required
- To fully utilise the CRM and ensure the data entered into the system is accurate
- To ensure compliance with the company's Quality Procedures

**Qualifications, skills & experience**

While some previous Recruitment or HR experience would be preferred, we are happy to provide full training on all elements of this role. A background in a customer facing role, such as sales, hospitality or customer service, would be preferred, along withcomputer literacy and an excellent telephone manner.
