This role will be responsible for the day to day operational running of the parking facility within the Healthcare Site, supervising a small team of Parking Hosts and managing the front office desk. Reporting into the Operations Site Manager, you will also assist with administration duties with established procedures and core values in respect of employee management, adhering to our customer service requirements, quality and health and safety

**Main duties include**:

- To take responsibility of the day to day supervision of a small team of Parking Hosts.
- To take responsibility of the staff rota’s, monthly timesheets and recruitment management.
- Motivate the team whilst assisting with any training required both with e-learning modules and face to face training, to achieve the required standards of performance.
- Ensure all Company policies and employee communications are effectively conveyed to shift personnel and deal with issues raised and, where appropriate, to refer concerns and suggestions to the Manager.
- Take ownership of the front desk office, dealing with customer enquiries face to face and over the intercom system. Manage the Front desk administration on a day to day basis.
- Complete administration tasks including setting permits up on the system and creating permit passes, creating ad hoc reports and liasing with the finance team regarding the cancellation process.
- Undertaking banking processes regularly, counting money and finance reconciliation
- Ensure customer complaints and/or incidents are documented and reported as per the customer complaint best practice procedure.
- Ensure all KPI’s are met and recorded efficiently and effectively in line with Company targets and Best Practice.
- Play a champion role in promoting the Google reviews process, working with the Parking Host team to improve the overall team score for the site.
- Ensure all equipment and machinery is fully functional, taking corrective action where required.
- Monitor on site issues ensuring they comply with health and safety procedures and standards and completing weekly health and safety checks.
- Produce and communicate regular contractual reports to key stakeholders in the Trust.

**Skills & experience required**
- Previous experience of leading a small team in a busy and face paced organisation.
- Have an ability to organise and motivate staff, so a high level of customer service is provided at all times.
- Excellent communication skills, motivated to contribute to the success of the operation through effective management.
- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Customer focussed attitude, continually seeking to make improvements proactive thinker who is able to take the initiative.
- Full driving licence is essential.
- **A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points is essential.**
