Refrigeration/Chiller service engineer required covering the North West. Our client is a specialist Refrigeration & Process Cooling contractor based in the Greater Manchester area that provide the design, sale, installation, service and maintenance of alltypes of industrial refrigeration and Chiller equipment including walk in & blast freezers.
The Refrigeration/Chiller Service Engineer will be performing planned and reactive service, attending breakdowns, fault-finding and attending maintenance works on a variety of Chillers, Process Cooling Systems, Blast Freezers, Spiral Freezers & Walk In's.
It is expected that the Service Engineer will have proven experience with large commercial/ light industrial Refrigeration equipment. The engineer will hold recognised qualifications and certifications such as an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration,as well as F-Gas or Safe Handling of Refrigerants, Ammonia Handling would be advantageous but not essential.
**Refrigeration/Chiller Engineer - North WestPosition Requirements**
- Chiller & Process Cooling experience
- NVQ Level 2/3 or time served engineer
- Full Driving Licence
- Located in the North West
**Refrigeration/Chiller Engineer - North WestPosition Remuneration**
- Basic Salary £34,000 - £38,000 DOE
- 40 hour working week
- Overtime paid at 1.5x/2x
- Door to door travel paid
- 1 in 7 on call rota, £150 standby allowance + call outs at overtime rates
- Company Vehicle provide with personal use allowed
- Laptop & Mobile Phone provided
- 31 Days Holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays
- Pension & Private health care
