**JOB PURPOSE**
As the Finance Coordinator for Procurement & Sustainability, you will be responsible for implementing and managing cost reduction strategies across the organisation. Challenge and improve both income generation and expenditure activities. Demonstrate value for money and ensure that the Colleges activities are sustainable from both an economic and environmental perspective.
**KEY TASKS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
As post-holder, you will be responsible to the relevant line manager for the following:
- Manage and Coordinate the effectiveness of Income and Expenditure processes working with multiple stakeholder groups to ensure both financial objectives and regulations are adhered to.
- Work closely with managers and lead a multiple disciplinary team to ensure compliance with customer and supplier engagement responsibilities, utilising key systems to include the College CRM.
- Represent Finance as a member of the Sustainability Committee and undertake related finance tasks.
- Create and maintain a contracts schedule for all commercial contracts held. Ensure that all tendering procedures are duly followed.
- Work Closely with other Finance Coordinators to ensure that primary accounting information agrees from both a management accounts and financial accounts perspective.
- Assist with all Year End activities and necessary information requests as required.
- To perform such other duties as are commensurate with the grade of the post.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £33,771.00-£39,375.00 per year
