**The Finance Managers duties will include**:
**Financial Reporting and Close Process**
- Responsible for all finance and accounting processes and reporting requirements to strict deadlines
- Oversee compliance with the established finance processes and controls related to internal/external reports, monthly/year-end close and balance sheet review in order to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Manage the year-end closing activities and coordination with external auditors and Group in order to generate the audited financial statements on a timely basis

**Online Business Systems**
- Accounting for and reporting for multi-channel online trading platforms with high transactional volumes
- Management of the integration of online payment platforms

**Cash Flow Planning and Management**
- As a fast-moving online trading unit, cash flow planning and management will be a key requirement of the role.
- Daily, weekly and monthly cash flow reporting and forecasting

**Tax Planning, Compliance and Reporting**
- Compliance with country tax reporting requirements.
- A thorough understanding of VAT reporting requirements is required including Standard, Reverse Charge and Marginal Rate VAT schemes
- Basic understanding of transfer pricing
- Work with Group Tax Manager to ensure compliance with Group policies

**Finance Operations / Corporate Governance**
- Oversee adherence to the established policies and procedures on business operations and asset security/safeguards in order to ensure continued business viability and profitability

**Business Planning Process**
- Manage annual budgeting activities such as Group reporting requirements and model templates.
- Perform financial analyses and feasibility studies to enable key business decision-making

**The Finance Manager will have the following skills, experience and qualifications**:

- The successful Finance Manager will be ACA or ACCA qualified and have at least 5 years post qualifying experience, with at least 3 years working at a management level in industry.
- The Finance Manager must have experience of online business systems and implementing accounting control procedures and reporting to strict deadlines within a corporate environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience of online trading platforms, websites, third party and comparison sites including online payment platforms such as shopify, eBay, Paypal and others.
- Local GAAP (Detailed Knowledge)
- Auditing Techniques and Standards (Detailed Knowledge)
- IFRS (Working Knowledge)
- Local Tax and Legal Requirements (Working Knowledge)
- Demonstrated effective communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work effectively on their own as well as part of a team
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to drive results whilst working to tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with a fast-paced, high performance environment
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly in oral and written communication and able to quickly build rapport and effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, able to lead and develop a successful cohesive finance team

**Finance Manager package will include**:

- Salary £50,000 to £55,000 depending on experience
