Our Commercial Graduate program will give you full exposure to all aspects of commercial management and you’ll be working with some of the brightest leaders in the U.K. We are all about rich layers at Gu and will provide a graduate experience that will add texture and depth to your CV and future career success. We also like having fun in a challenging and rewarding environment.

You will spend
- 9 months with our Marketing & Innovation team building activity within the UK Grocery Market
- Making the brand even more famous
- Creating the new GU treats in our iconic glass pots for millions to enjoy on their sofas around the world
- Being part of a team to launch GU into new markets
- 9 months with our Sales team - building your knowledge and driving our sales within the leading Grocery National Accounts
- Working with National Account teams to maximise sales with our key retailers
- Part of the team that develops our sales strategy
- Launching new products

We want graduates who can demonstrate commercial acumen and have the intellectual capacity to build a long-term career with us.

Successful completion of the scheme will lead to a career in marketing or sales. The choice will be yours
