**TITLE**:Temporary Office Assistant - Immediate Start

**LOCATION**:Bridgwater, Somerset

**HOURLY RATE**: £10.00 - £10.50 per hour (DOE)

**HOURS**: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (30 minutes lunch)

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Answering and dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing administration support to the office team
- Keeping electronic files for staff and the people we support up to date with all required documentation
- Ensuring all online systems are kept up to date as required
- Providing administrative support including diary management, scanning, filing, shredding, and maintaining personal records
- Completing internal and external reports as required by the business
- Archiving files and keeping a record of the archives, in line with GDPR
- Assisting the Managers with minute taking and documentation where required
- Monitor all office supplies and PPE

**KEY SKILLS**:

- Prior experience within an administration role
- Healthcare experience would be desirable however not essential
- IT literate with excellent communication skills
- Well organised and high attention to detail
- Positive "can-do" attitude
