**Supported Living**
**As a Senior Support Worker you will need to hold an RQF level 2 qualification or equivalent in Care**
**Support Workers including Waking Night:
**£19,264 (£9.99 an hour) + 6% market enhancement, with the opportunity to progress to a maximum of £22,129 (£11.47 an hour) + 6% market enhancement. Sleep In allowances are paid at £40 per night. There are opportunities to work additional hours andovertime across the Service.
**Senior Support Workers including Waking Night:
**Starting salary: £21,695 (£11.24 per hour) + 6% market enhancement, with the opportunity to progress to a maximum of £24,920 (£12.91 per hour) + 6% market enhancement.
Supported Living is a service we provide to help the people we support live as independently as possible, in accommodation that meets their needs with support from staff when they need it.
As a support worker, we will support you in all the training and development opportunities you need to make the most of this rewarding role. You might even discover skills you didn’t know you had.
**Supported living requires shift work with rotas that include sleep-ins, weekdays, weekends and bank holidays including Christmas and New Year.**
**Day Services (Monday to Friday**
**As a Day Service Organiser you will need to hold an RQF level 2 qualification or equivalent in Care**
**Day Service Support Worker:
**Starting salary: £19,264 (£9.99 an hour) with the opportunity to progress to a maximum of £20,444 (£10.60 per hour)
**Day Service Organiser:
**Starting salary: £19,650 (£10.18 per hour) with the opportunity to progress to a maximum of £24,920 (£12.91 per hour)
Day services operate Monday to Friday and are places for the people we support to meet friends and take part in activities. They're for older people or adults with physical or learning disabilities, mental health problems or dementia.
The Day Service Support Worker role involves supporting people with learning disabilities in the local community and within our own Day Centres.
