Bennett and Game are currently working with an award winning family run business that specialise in the Fresh Produce sector, who are actively seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 driver to join their successful team in their Sheffield Depot.

Our client's drivers are the heart of their company. They do not simply just deliver products; they see and speak to their valued customers every day and form relationships through their desire and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

**HGV Class 2 Driver Position Overview**

Within this role you will manage the safe and on time delivery of fresh, frozen and perishable goods. This will predominately be to commercial sites with mínimal domestic deliveries required.

You will be customer facing so excellent customer service and relationship building skills are essential. The core daily responsibilities will include -- Accurate picking on vehicle and delivery of customer orders
- Maintaining product temperatures
- Vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with VOSA
- Compliance with Health and Safety (SSOW), hygiene and other related legislation

**HGV Class 2 Driver Position Requirements**
- Multi-drop experience (cage work with some frozen picking) - Highly Desirable
- Class 2 licence - Essential
- Valid and up to date DCPC card - Essential
- Digital tachograph experience
- A passion for delivering customer service
- Key eye for detail

**HGV Class 2 Driver Position Remuneration**
- Salary DOE - £27-32k + OT
- Monday - Friday 6:00 - 15:30
