THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to be the front line support for both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for customer queries, technical/system requests whilst providing key support for the Client Services Team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide an exceptional standard of service for all customers with the aid of internal systems and processes.
- Provide key support for Client Managers through guidance and attending customer calls when necessary.
- Develop a support system to aid Client Managers in responding, owning and resolving customer queries that also encourages their understanding and awareness for agreed timeframes.
- Effectively communicate with all internal departments to ensure there is a common understanding of all internal systems and processes.
- Work alongside the Head of Business Support to provide analysis on customer requirements that will help guide excellent customer service delivery.
- Maintain efficient and courteous correspondence when addressing customer queries to ensure issues are dealt with positively and within agreed timeframes.

Essential requirements include:
- Previous experience with a Customer Service or Support role
- Strong Business Travel industry experience
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- A team player who enjoys a challenge
- Adaptable and willing to go the extra mile for customers
- Confident to manage your own time and workload
