**Our client is one of the world’s leading providers of high-performance complex aerospace systems. They are currently seeking aCustomer Account Representative on a 6 Month Contract to help support the Customer service team.**
**Customer Account Representative**
- Receive, review, and enter purchase orders into the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
- Raise quotes and customer documentation, prioritizing workload to ensure the customer always receives an excellent customer service.
- Coordinate site visits and set-up customer meetings as required.
- Attend and occasionally participate in daily layered accountability meetings.
- Work to resolve customer complaints, which may include warranty, delivery, or quantity disputes.
- Other tasks as assigned, which will typically include supporting the senior customer account representatives.

**Customer Account Representative**
**Experience/Qualifications required**:

- Must be from a B2B Account Manager/Customer Service background.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Web browsers.
- Well-organized, details orientated, and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
