**Spencer Clarke Group** are working in partnership with **South Gloucestershire Council **to appoint a** Community Safety Project Officer** to their **Community ASB Service.**

**6 Month agency contract with a view to being extended on an ongoing basis.**

**Full Time Position (37 Hours per week)**

**Location - Bristol, BS37 5AF.**

**Rate of Pay - £15 - £18 per hour - Negotiable depending on experience**

**_About the Role;_**
- As a Community Safety Officer you will be responsible for providing a response to reported cases of anti-social behaviour, prevent escalation and problem solve through education and diversion.
- You will need to be able to carry out investigations, identify support needs, co-ordinate the responses of other agencies, implement early interventions and carry out enforcement action to deal with specific problems.
- You will be required to work with a wide range of agencies both internally and externally; and organisations including voluntary and community groups to address community safety and anti-social behaviour.
- You will be required to build relationships, influence a wide range of agencies and community groups to enable you to respond to community safety priorities.

**_Job Requirements;_**
- Eligibility to Work in the UK (Passport or Working Visa)
- Enhanced DBS & Barred List Check (Child)
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
